This policy sets out the circumstances in which fees paid to HostingServerz may be refunded.
Hosting services
Billing runs for the full term selected at checkout. You may cancel renewal at any time, and the service remains active until the end of the paid term. Part-used terms are not refunded unless we have failed to deliver the service.
Setup and migration fees
One-off setup, migration and administrative fees are non-refundable once the work has been carried out.
Domains and certificates
Domain registrations and SSL certificates are purchased from third parties on your behalf and cannot be refunded once issued.
Service failure
Where we have materially failed to deliver a service, a pro-rata refund or account credit will be issued at our discretion after review.
How to request
Open a billing ticket from the client area with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
