By ordering any service from HostingServerz you accept the terms set out below.
Service provision
We will provide the service described in your order with reasonable skill and care, and will aim to meet the uptime commitment published for that product.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used to send unsolicited bulk email, to host malware or phishing content, to infringe copyright, or for any activity unlawful in the jurisdiction where the server is located. Accounts found in breach may be suspended without notice.
Payment
Invoices are due on the date shown. Services may be suspended if an invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, and data may be removed once the account has been suspended for 30 days.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
